Back To Me Physical Therapy, LLC On the corner of Hanover Ave and Ridgedale Ave; caddy corner to the Agway
The office is in a tall tan brick building that faces the corner of Ridgedale and Hanover Avenue, caddy corner from the Agway.
The parking lot and entrance to the building is in the back; it is easiest to enter the lot from Ridgedale Ave.
Once you enter the building, you walk through the small lobby and there will be an elevator on your right. You can take that to the 4th floor and my office is the first door on the right (#408) when you exit the elevator.
If you need a restroom, it's right off the elevator and the door code is 2341.
