After receiving her BS in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2006. Since that time she has completed extensive training in pelvic health through the APTA, Institute for Birth Healing, Pelvic PT Rising, and became a Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She enjoys working with women throughout the lifespan to support all phases of life, ensuring that the women she sees can feel good, stay strong, and trust their bodies to do all the activities they enjoy.
With 3 young boys and a husband at home she enjoys hiking, yoga, and working with other women to offset the testosterone and reset her mind.
